Flight Rides LLC strives to provide safe, reliable, and comfortable private car transportation for all clients.

By booking a ride, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

   1.    Booking Deposits & Cancellations
   •    Reservations require a $50 booking deposit.
   •    Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time.
   •    Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance may allow the deposit to be applied to a future booking at the company’s discretion.
   •    No-shows or last-minute cancellations are subject to forfeiture of the deposit.

 

   2.    Premium Service Hours
   •    Pickups scheduled between 12:00 AM and 6:00 AM are subject to an additional premium service fee.
   •    This surcharge is applied automatically at the time of booking and is non-refundable.
 

 

 3.    Travel Times & Delays
   •    All travel times provided are estimates only. Flight Rides LLC will monitor all flights and is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, airline delays, or any other circumstances beyond our control.
   •    Clients are responsible for allowing adequate time for travel to and from their destination.
 

 

   4.    Liability
   •    Flight Rides LLC and its drivers will take every reasonable measure to ensure passenger safety. However, the company assumes no responsibility for personal belongings, lost items, or missed flights due to unforeseen delays.

   5.    Conduct & Safety
   •    For the safety of our drivers and passengers, inappropriate behavior, refusal to wear a seatbelt, or violation of local laws may result in termination of service without refund.
 

 

   6.    Policy Updates
   •    Flight Rides LLC reserves the right to update, modify, or change these terms at any time. Clients will be bound by the policies in effect at the time of booking.
